How we’ll collaborate
Like all projects at The Hanna Collaborative, we’ll start with a Clarity Call. In this 15-minute chat, we’ll get to know your organization and your experience with emergency communications. We’ll ask questions (some that you may not have answers to, and that’s OK!) and leave ready to draft a proposal that will help you know what to do if disaster strikes.
You’ll then have three packages from which to choose:
Basic
We’ll help you know what to say when, through draft messages you can send almost immediately in an emergency, plus a templated plan that you can customize to meet your organization’s structure and needs.
Planner
We’ll connect with you virtually to better understand your organization’s structure and needs before sharing customized emergency messages, an emergency communications plan tailored to you, and a strategy for rolling out your new approach.
Prepared
Through a mix of virtual and in-person meetings, we’ll get to know your organization in depth. You’ll get the Planner package plus implementation options and significant in-person time—including critical tabletop exercises with your leadership, communications professionals or other key players to prepare them for various emergencies that your industry may face.
